STITCHUP ONLINE
Until late summer of 2013 The StitchUp was one of my more active projects. I had been shooting the StitchUp for TheScope Arts and entertainment magazine for just over 3 years. Unfortunately Their December 2013 issue will be their last, but i am just so in love with this body of work that I wanted to create a living archive.

It’s not a new idea, there are a million and one street style photographer’s these days. But just as with my ACITYLIKEOURSproject i like the idea of documenting Our space in this period of time. Our little space on this planet though not as isolated as years past, has its own take on style that comes from its rich history and connection with the sea that surrounds our island home.

I like to think of this project as a typology of personal style.

    • Hi V,

the StitchUp in its current state has been discontinued. the archive will be hosted at this address. STITCHUP.ca – i am still pulling together the correct images and text to finish this off. HOWEVER in the next month or so i will be starting a very similar project over on my ACITYLIKEOURS.com blog. there will be a little less commentary and more imagery. :)

thanks for the interest. and stay tuned for that project. its going to be really fun. i have a bunch of photos saved up from the end of this summer that should chase the winter blues away.
      :)

      D.
